[Users] reformating windows

hello. Does anyone heer know how to reformat windows without sited help?
A few things I need to tell you
1. don't give me that iso shit. i can't not burn bootable cds or don't intend to either.
2. i have no floppie drive
3. i have an extra pc and sound card so i'm set as far as that goes.
so please let me know what works.
Oh yeah, i have the original windows disc so that solves a lot of problems as well.
I'm a beginner at this so forgive me if i ask dumb questions.
