[Users] The List Became So Active

Hey Everyone!
I think I know how the linst became so active.
When I joined a couple days ago I sent a email to the list.
When I sent the email sadly I did not get a copy of my email 
back.
I talked to Doug V and he told J-Squared that the list was not 
working.
Then J-Squared fixed it and I got an email saying that the 
problem was fixed.
I then sent an email to the list and it worked.  Then people 
remembered that they were on this list.
So whenever this list stop getting email it must have been broken 
and I suggested to fix it.
If I am incorect please let me know.
