[Users] clist_blind?

Hello:

I once had a copy of the special contact list plugin for Miranda called clist_blind, which made Miranda's contact navigable with NVDA screen reader.  I've lost it and cannot rfind it; a google search yields nothing.  If you have it or know where I can get it, please advise.
