[Users] Useful skipe commands

Good evening,
I just recently installed skipe, and am wondering about the different 
commands that are available to me to ensure that I can navigate the program 
easier.
For example, how do I add someone, answer a call, hang up, etc. (I am 
looking for jaws commands only).
Any help would be appreciated.
