Get the updated skype files or, as I do, use the tab and it tells you to add a phone number or skype id. Also, if you press the alt key and right arrow over, you will find a call menu. It gives you the options of call, answer, and hang up. The next menu has to deal with chats. I am running jaws6 so I'm sure the later versions work better. *smile*
