No. that's for your modem.
You'd have to buy a USB to serial converter from someplace like radioshack, 
best buy, or the like. That would be a cable with a USB connecter on one end 
that you'd connect to your computer USB port, and the other end would be a 
male serial port (the kind with the pins) That end you would connect to your 
braille note serial cable which you would then connect to your braille note.
