[Users] Users the zone chris murphy

Hi,
I have no clue. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing problems with it
sometimes.
I get a "internal 500 error" sometimes while refreshing the page in IE  to
see the latest quicknotes that have come in. I have also noticed it being a
little slower than usual.

Hi all, was kind of wondering what happened to the zone and why it's down.
Nothing was sent to the mailing list about changes, or problems.  I guess,
that the inconsistency of the speed of the server might have been one of the
problems.
