[Users] Addblock, Firefox3, and Zone BBS

Yeah, some of my quicknote sounds aren't working either, but I think  
that has to do with my account.  I say this, because when my friend  
was over bladedragon93, I heard the sounds that supposed to be played  
on his, but those sounds don't play on mine.  As far as I know, its  
only one sound that isn't playing.  Any thoughts on y this might
