They all end up in your temporary internet folder. c:\documents and 
settings\YourUserName\local settings\temporary internet files\
Of course, a lot of things end up in there, so you'll be searching for a 
bit. If I were you, I'd at least go to your view menu, go to the "arrange 
icons by" submenu, and change it from name to type. That way once you find 
the mp3 files, or wav files, they'll all be there. As I said before, the 
system sounds and audio profiles are mp3's, and the ZBP tags that play when 
you open someone's profile are wav's.
Actually, I don't know if this is where Firefox keeps its temporary internet 
files, as I only use Firefox when IE's being weird. Still, that's how at 
least IE does it, and I don't know of FF doing differently.
