[Users] My Opinion on the Downtime of the Zone

In response to the last post, not paying a bill is not very likely.  The
Zone most likely uses Apache (which is open-source) combined with PHP and
MySQL, and all of the software is on a Linux machine.  The only bill that
would most likely have to be paid would be the bill to the DNS registrar,
and since the domain still exists, that's out of the question.
