[Users] "Site Down" Message

hello/ what does it say when you go to the zone page? I will copy it here:

We're sorry, but the Zone BBS is temporarily down. We're aware of the 
issue and hope to be back soon. We will credit premium members for 
the inconvenience. Thanks as always."

They don't have to necessarily give a technical reason for what's 
wrong. other sites do not do this. why does this have to be an exception?
