[Users] zone bbs down

um lol, i don't remember it saying anywhere that it was premiums fault 
for the zone being down. it said that premiums would be credited for the 
downtime. and anyway its back up now so yeah lol

It was reported that on 12/28/2008 11:54 AM, Nick Cocchiarella 
incriminated him/herself by saying:
