[Users] Alternative to Speak Miranda plugin?

I am now using the Speak plugin, which automatically reads incoming messages when in ordinary conversation windows.  When in multi-user chat rooms, such as irc channels, mesages are not automatically spoken.  Furthermore, there is no seting in the plugin's configuration to allow the automatic speaking of chat room mesages.  Any suggestions appreciated.
