[Users] Points ceasing to gain interest

I have also noticed this behavior, and was kind of disappointed 
the first time I found it.  I think the idea is that it would be 
too easy to get a lot of points without doing much; you get 
100000 points on 1000000, so you now have 1.1 million.  Next time 
you log in you get up to 1.21 million, then 1.331 million and so 
on.  It adds up very fast and you do not have to do much at all.  
Still, I wish the cap were higher than 1000.
