[Users] Jaws Hot Key For Excel Question

Hey guys, does anybody use Microsoft Excel while they're usin' Jaws? 'Cause I have a question. Well let's first start off by sayin' that primarily I'm a Window-Eyes user but at my work they already have Jaws on their system. And one of my jobs at my work is to use a spreadsheet and mark people down if they're there or not. So anyway, there's two spreadsheets on one file, an evacuation sheet and a staff log. The question is is there a Jaws hot key command that I can use to jump from one spreadsheet to the next? The version of Jaws that they have is 5.0 if that helps. Thanks.
