What I don't understand, is what is the software which all this money  
is going to be used to get?  JAWS and/or window-eyes maybe?  This  
article makes it sound like a screen reader specifically was developed  
for access to ITunes or something.  hmm, why even have that major  
agreement?  And what is that money going to go into, purchasing JAWS  
or window-eyes for people that don't have which ever screen reader?   
Apple has realised that we need access to the ITunes Store, and they  
are already committed  to accessibility, and we've been wanting ITUnes  
accessible, and they definitely knew that from all of us  that are  
mainly using Macs emailing apple accessibility about having full  
access to ITunes.  this article, and also what I've seen from the nfb,  
makes it sound like it took this agreement exclusively , to make  
ITunes accessible and that it wouldn't have been without it.
And what i've seen on this story, doesn't even say whether they were  
using a PC, or a mac to demonstrate this accessibility.  On Sep 29,
