[Users] Writing Something for the BN

Hi.

I believe they are letting people use the SDK.  However, they are 
only licensing it to companies at this time, not individuals.  
Although i'm not a programmer myself, i'd like to see the ability 
to obtain an individual license to use an SDK.  Trust me, many 
users on the bn list are not very happy about this, nor am I!
