Hi.

Google Talk is Google's instant messaging service.  If you have a 
Google account or you use Gmail, then you already have a Google 
Talk account.  If you do not have a Google account or you do not 
use Gmail, you'll need to sign up for a Google account.  Once you 
have an account, go to www.talk.google.com (I think) for more 
information.
