[Users] site admins response time

I've really been trying to bite my tongue and I hoped that someone else 
would have pointed this out by now.

We're in the midst of the holiday season...a time when many people go on 
vacation and spend time with families and friends, so that's probably why 
you haven't gotten a response.  You might have to wait a little while for a 
response, just considering the time of year it is right now.

Has anyone had previous experience with response times from the site admins?
I have been trying to contact them for the past three days, and still
no response.
I was just wondering about how long it takes for them to respond.
