No, I refer to "innocent until proven guilty" as applying only to the 
courts, police, etc.

Regarding this harmless bit of C code, If I were a community leader like 
Doug, for instance, I'd have passed this code off to someone on staff 
who knows programming, for advice, and not been so quick to ban.
