[Users] Using Miranda

Hey. I noticed that a lot of you use Miranda. I've thought of switchin' to 
it before 'cause I have contacts on both MSN and AIM. But the thing is, I 
couldn't figure out how to set it up. I know when I used Window-Eyes it 
didn't work too good. But now that I'm usin' Jaws, are there scripts built 
into it? And also I tried to get it set up where it used my SAPI 5 voices to 
tell me if someone signed in, but I couldn't get it to work. And I am 
thinkin' of goin' to Miranda 'cause it would be nice to have just one chat 
program. So if people know how to get that stuff set up, could you let me
