and works very well and there are scripts if you use JAWS to make it work 
very well.
There are also speech plugins which can be used so that your messages are 
spoken with an entirely different voice so you are sure you hear them.
They are read back to you by JAWS then if you reread but first time out, the 
other voice will read them.
If you read and follow the suggestions with Jim's files, it will run like a 
champ.
I run AIM, MSN, Gtalk, and Yahoo altogether and there are many others you 
could choose to run should you decide too.
