Hello Jose,
While you cannot create message boards, what you can do is create topics 
within message boards. There are a number of topics to choose from, from the 
message board system, so all you need do is choose one, click the create 
topic link, and fill in the fields. For example, if you wanted to write a 
message about an accessible game, you'd go to the accessible games board, 
and create your topic there. For cooking related messages, create them in 
grub garage and so on.
