[Users] Rule Update?

Hi all.

Why have the rules changed? KENO For example, I think it is stupid now 
that it no longer gives these staggering. For 3 correct numbers 783 
points, for 4 numbers 1536 points and so on ... Now, it takes much 
longer, because now only 20 points for 3 correct numbers and gets the 
equivalent to the same value to use as ever to be able to play.
