Hi.

When I was banned back in December, it was for 2 weeks.  So 
first, double check that it was definitely a week and not 2 
weeks.  Also, I had to contact the admins to ask when I was going 
to be unbanned as my account was still showing up as disabled, 
even after exactly 2 weeks.  When I was banned, I received an 
email with the reason and duration in it.  If you reply to that 
email, it will go to the email address of the CL who banned you.  
So try sending an email to that address as they will know all the 
details since they banned you.  When I contacted the admins, my 
account was re-enabled overnight (GMT) and when I woke up the 
next morning, my account was active again.
